The company is currently announcing an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the team of its partners in Libya. This role offers involvement in important international projects and provides valuable international exposure, making it a strong career step for candidates aiming to grow professionally and expand their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and carry out the yearly sales strategy together with defined sales objectives.
• Supervise the sales team and track their performance outcomes.
• Oversee corporate sales activities, contracts, and business partnerships.
• Advance group sales for schools, universities, clubs, and tourist groups.
• Design and enhance programs intended for educational institutions and organized school visits.
• Increase sales related to memberships and annual passes.
• Drive revenue generation for events, including corporate, private, festival, and sports events.
• Build partnerships with travel agencies and tourism organizations.
• Recognize sponsorship possibilities and prepare suitable proposals.
• Produce sales reports, projections, and budgets.
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to pre-opening campaigns and activities connected to the launch of new attractions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another suitable field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
