The company is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join the team of its partners in Libya. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out quality audits and oversee adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Prepare and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while reviewing current processes.
• Assess and track the guest experience.
• Perform root cause analysis, determine corrective measures, and monitor their implementation.
• Review data and workflows to spot opportunities for improving quality and increasing organizational efficiency.
• Explain quality standards to staff members and deliver appropriate training.
• Supervise the application of procedures and standards while maintaining a strong focus on integrity and detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
