You will manage HubSpot as the main revenue platform, making sure pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, data models, reports, and automations enable efficient, scalable operations. This position blends strategic responsibility with practical delivery and calls for an understanding of business workflows as well as the systems that support them.
Working in close partnership with sales, marketing, customer success, product, finance, and technology functions, you will turn business needs into scalable solutions, automate manual work, enhance data quality, and deliver dependable revenue intelligence to operational teams and leadership.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage HubSpot as the primary revenue platform, covering pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, data models, and reporting frameworks.
- Create, manage, and continually enhance HubSpot workflows and automation for sales, marketing, customer success, and finance activities.
- Serve as both the designer and practical operator of the revenue-systems landscape, partnering with IT and technical teams on more complex technical implementations.
- Develop and deploy funnel automation through HubSpot workflows, n8n, Airtable, and similar solutions.
- Automate manual activities such as data enrichment, routing, synchronization, alerts, and deal setup.
- Help improve quote-to-cash processes and spot areas where revenue operations can be strengthened.
- Maintain accurate, consistent, complete, and dependable revenue information across integrated systems.
- Establish and maintain CRM data models, properties, field mappings, and procedures that enable high-quality revenue data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for sales teams and company leadership.
- Deliver practical insight into pipeline condition, conversion, retention, upselling, cross-selling, and other essential revenue indicators.
- Examine revenue data for gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, then turn the results into actionable business decisions.
- Function as a key connection point among sales, marketing, customer success, product, finance, and technology teams.
- Convert operational requirements and business needs into clear system specifications, workflows, automations, and scalable solutions.
- Detect administrative challenges and workflow bottlenecks that generate unnecessary work for sales and other revenue teams.
- Keep refining processes to lower friction, raise efficiency, and allow teams to concentrate on revenue-producing work.
- Record systems, workflows, processes, and solutions to support consistency and long-term maintainability.
- Provide training and support to internal teams so that systems and processes are adopted correctly and used effectively.
- Work with IT and technical teams on integrations, APIs, webhooks, data flows, and custom development when needed.
- Assist with integrating billing and other systems that support quote-to-cash and subscription-revenue operations.
- Identify additional possibilities for automation, process enhancement, and stronger cooperation between revenue teams.
- Uphold high levels of data quality, process dependability, reporting precision, and operational effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Have 3+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a comparable area, preferably in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based company.
- Demonstrate experience in enhancing business processes and operational efficiency, rather than only administering existing systems.
- Bring substantial hands-on HubSpot experience, including pipelines, workflows, custom objects, properties, reporting, and the underlying CRM data model.
- Possess a strong grasp of CRM systems and how they facilitate scalable sales and revenue operations.
- Have practical experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent platforms.
- Understand APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and data structures well.
- Show strong analytical capability and confidence working with revenue data, finding inconsistencies, and converting data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Have experience creating dashboards and reporting structures that give sales teams and leadership meaningful insight.
- Understand sales workflows, customer journeys, and revenue operations thoroughly.
- Have worked across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, product, and technology departments.
- Be able to turn business needs into workable technical and operational solutions.
- Take a strong process-improvement approach, able to recognize friction, eliminate unnecessary administrative tasks, and continuously enhance current workflows.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and the capacity to work independently without a fully defined playbook.
- Be capable of aligning stakeholders, supporting decision-making, and advancing initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective cooperation with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Have excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
