We are seeking to welcome a qualified Officer of Retail Restructuring Unit to join our Retail Recoveries Department reporting directly to the Head of Retail Recoveries Department.

Overall Job Definition

Recovering problematic loans through loan restructuring before recovering the loan through legal steps. Following up the performance of loan restructured.​

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the retail restructuring portfolio.
• Contact eligible clients and assess restructuring solutions based on their financial situation.
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate clients’ repayment capacity.
• Prepare restructuring proposals in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and clients' financial circumstances.
• Negotiate restructuring terms with clients and coordinate required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and implementation of restructuring cases.
• Monitor restructured loans and follow up on client performance.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of restructuring activities.
• Ensure compliance with risk management, regulatory, and bank procedures.
• Any other duty that is delegated to the employee by the supervisor
