In this role, you'll connect with customers, identify their needs, and guide them toward products and services that add real value. What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers through various communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
- Build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working toward goals and performance targets.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Tech Requirements
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
