Customer Service Associate – German Speaker - Prishtinë & Prizren
TalentPop is growing our global operations team and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate – German Speaker to join us as a direct hire.
In this role, you'll work directly for TalentPop, supporting our internal operations and community through exceptional customer service. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values professionalism, stability, and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing international company.

What You'll Do
- Provide support across phone, live chat, and email channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams.
- Represent TalentPop with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service, support, or helpdesk experience.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
- Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Technical Requirements
- Personal laptop or desktop with an Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
- Stable wired internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
