We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our innovative team.

As a Product Owner at Solaborate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product’s execution and ensuring its success. Your focus will be on translating strategic vision into actionable tasks and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to balance business objectives with user needs.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Leverage market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Product Planning and Road mapping:

• Create and maintain product roadmaps that align with business priorities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic objectives.

Product Development:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to guide the development of high-quality, user-friendly products.
• Define and prioritize user stories, features, and product backlog items.
• Lead stand-up meetings, iteration planning, grooming sessions, product demos, and retrospectives.

Product Delivery and Reporting:

• Manage product areas and relationships with clients.
• Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and changes to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with software/hardware.
• Experience in product management, including creating requirements and managing resources and projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects involving 4-8 team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools; knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inconsistencies between requirements and deliverables.
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
