About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid/Senior .NET Engineer located in Pristina. The .NET Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks. Daily tasks include writing and debugging code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting software analysis, and ensuring the performance and quality of applications. The role requires adherence to best practices in object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and improving old ones
• Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality aligned with company standards and guidelines
• Enhance the capability of Solaborate and its products
• Review other team members their code and help troubleshoot
• Provide input to the product management team on the complexity and feasibility of new features
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers and product managers

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns and SOLID Principles
• 5+ years of solid experience with C#
• Experience in .NET Web API
• Experience in WebSocket, SocketIo is an advantage
• 5+ years of solid experience in Relational DB as SQL Server or Postgree SQL
• Experience working with relational and nonrelational databases
• Good experience in development infrastructure for scalable systems
• Good knowledge of Windows Azure Platform (Azure services) considered a plus
• Preferred to have knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc)
• Experience with source control tools like TFS / GIT
• DevOps experience is a plus
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience
