SoHo Retention Specialist

The role focuses on retaining an assigned segment of business customers through an organised retention process. Its objective is to meet retention goals, apply and promote a customer-focused mindset, and strengthen the company brand. Work is performed from a fixed office location, with customers contacted by telephone.

Responsibilities

Key duties:

• Conduct negotiations and sales activities through outbound calls.
• Apply the established negotiation method to retain customers from a predefined customer portfolio.
• Contact customers to sell products and services or inform them about updates and new mobile and fixed broadband launches.
• Prepare offers using pre-approved tools, identify and explain proposals that address customer needs, and outline the benefits of the company offer compared with competitors. Finalise agreements and achieve assigned targets.
• Handle administrative procedures, including order documentation, equipment supply arrangements, and preparation of customer-retention contracts, to ensure service delivery.
• Record all retention-related actions in the appropriate systems.
• Route customer complaints to the relevant department for resolution, supporting customer satisfaction and proactively reducing churn.
• Sign contracts with B2B customers on the company’s behalf.
• Carry out additional assignments requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: A university degree is required.
• Experience and Qualifications: At least 1 year of work experience in a related functional area.
• Strong abilities in sales and negotiation.
• Sound commercial awareness.
• Capacity to motivate and lead a team, as well as persuade and influence others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Effective planning and organisational skills, along with initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Strong report-writing skills and familiarity with advertising and sales-promotion methods.
• Foreign-language proficiency is becoming increasingly valuable.
