SME Team Leader
Purpose of the position: To maintain and expand B2B customer base. Responsible for all sales activities in assigned team members. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information regarding his/her team. Training and mentoring the new CAMs.
Main Tasks:
- Achievement of targets set by management of the department in regular time intervals as well as extra tactical targets in order to contribute to company's strategic targets.
- Fully responsible for daily presence in the market of his/her team, daily obligatory tasks and reporting performance for them. Helping and motivating the team to reach the targets.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products, and reaching the targets and goals set for Corporate Accounts Section.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for individual CAMs and team.
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding corporate customer.
- Possibly dealing with potential and existing customers.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research, keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Doing on job training of sales staff and evaluate them.
- Prepares regular reports regarding the fulfilment of overall duties, as per request of her/his Manager.
Education: University degree.
Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunication industry with very good results in sales,advertising, sales promoting techniques and marketing.
Skills:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Analytic skills for business cases and basic of finance reports.
