Job Overview
As a Sales Specialist, your main responsibility will be helping tenants find their perfect homes by reaching out to property owners and connecting them with pre-qualified tenants. You’ll use provided leads to match tenants with suitable properties and ensure smooth, successful transactions. Building strong relationships with property owners and delivering exceptional service will be central to your role.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, self-driven individuals who thrive in a sales-focused, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to property owners to match them with tenants from our pre-qualified leads.
• Turn property inquiries into signed agreements through effective communication and negotiation.
• Work closely with Leasing Agents to ensure tenants are successfully placed in their new homes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with property owners to provide excellent customer service.
• Stay organized and handle multiple tasks while keeping all parties informed and aligned.

Qualifications
Must-Have:

• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills (C1-level English proficiency).
• High energy, professionalism, and adaptability.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to work during the 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST shift.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, communications, or related fields.
