At Royal York Property Management (RYPM), we’ve created a dream opportunity for a motivated Appointment Specialist like you.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and schedule property viewings.
• Make outbound calls to clients to suggest available units that meet their criteria.
• Send emails from our database with unit options that align with client preferences.
• Manage the calendar to ensure viewings are scheduled efficiently, allowing sufficient drive time for agents.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related area.
• Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Shift Availability: Ability to work a 6 PM - 2 AM shift.
• Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
