Candidate Profile

• Educational or professional background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Good understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage, but not required.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Your future role

As a Transaction Advisory Associate, you will:

• Support Financial Due Diligence projects for international clients.
• Analyze financial statements and business performance data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and transaction-related deliverables.
• Review historical and current financial performance of companies under evaluation.
• Prepare working files and documentation supporting due diligence engagements.
• Develop expertise in Deloitte's Transaction Services methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals across international teams.
• Build your technical knowledge in transactions, financial analysis, and deal advisory.
• Deliver high-quality outputs while meeting project timelines.
