We are recruiting Customer Service Agents in Spanish & English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service that meets the contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
- Identify customers’ requirements through probing questions, and use decision-support tools and available resources to provide appropriate solutions.
- Pay close attention to customers’ needs and concerns, showing empathy and making the most of opportunities to establish rapport.
- Welcome customers politely, warmly, and professionally, following the agreed procedures.
- Keep a basic understanding of the client’s products and/or services.
- Complete work accurately and thoroughly, adding the required account notes where appropriate.
- Take part in initiatives aimed at strengthening customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Present additional products and/or services to customers.
- Record, monitor, and retrieve information using the call tracking database.
- Address customer questions by directing them to published materials, secondary information sources, or more senior colleagues.
Qualifications
- A diploma confirming completion of high school.
- A polite manner and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and sound PC knowledge.
- Effective communication skills in both writing and speech.
- Reliability and close attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, remain flexible, and adjust rapidly to changes.
- Willingness to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-moving, high-production workplace.
- The ability to contribute within a team and also work independently.
- Patience in every customer interaction, with a consistently pleasant and professional tone and approach.
- Availability to rotate between shifts when required.
- Further experience or skills may be necessary depending on the location and/or program.
