Senior AI Video Creator (Production Lead)
Company: Broad LLC
Location: Prishtina, Kosove; initially office-based, with a hybrid arrangement possible after the probation period.
Employment Type: Full-time
Open Positions: 3+
Compensation: €1000 NET with a 6-month probation period.
Schedule: Weekdays 12:00-20:00 and 15:00-23:00 | Weekend (Friday 17:00 to 01:00 / Sat-Sun 13:00 to 01:00)
Broad LLC seeks a Senior AI Video Creator to serve as the leading editor and AI creator within its Prishtina production team. You will deliver the team’s strongest work each day and help elevate the performance of colleagues around you. Working from briefs provided by the Creative Lead, you will personally handle the most difficult and high-priority projects while establishing the quality benchmark for the wider team.
The team was formed six months ago and now creates thousands of content pieces for clients in various sectors, with nearly all clients based in the US. Several are large companies with demanding expectations. As both the client base and Prishtina team expand, many production workflows are still being developed, and this role will be responsible for defining a significant portion of them.
This is a practical, production-focused position requiring daily generation and editing. It is suited to an experienced editor who is already relied on when quality issues arise or tools fail and wants that responsibility to become their primary role.
Work setup:
At the beginning, the position is based in the Prishtina office to support effective training, workflow development, and communication. A transition to a hybrid arrangement may be considered after the initial period, based on performance, dependability, communication, and team requirements. Since the team and its clients are US-based, excellent English and availability during US Eastern hours are essential.
How the structure operates
You will report to the Creative Lead in North America, who manages client relationships, concepts, and briefs. You will be accountable for the quality of the work produced. Junior AI Video Creators will look to you for guidance on execution, improvement, and raising the standard of deliverables across the team.
What you will do:
Deliver the team’s highest-quality work
- Receive briefs from the Creative Lead and personally produce the most challenging, high-impact work, including new client launches, unfamiliar formats, and materials that major clients will view first.
- Create videos through AI generation tools for images, video, and voice, professional editing software, and internal automations, extending these tools beyond the level reached by the rest of the team.
- Set the example for quality: when junior colleagues ask what strong work looks like, your latest export should demonstrate it.
Maintain quality standards
- Check team output before it is passed to the Creative Lead or delivery team, either approving it or returning it with clear feedback for revision.
- Take ownership of the quality checklist, including captions, formats, aspect ratios, brand rules, file naming, pacing, and hooks, ensuring no output falls below the required standard.
- When an error repeats, improve the underlying process rather than only correcting the individual deliverable.
Develop the people around you
- Coach junior colleagues by working alongside them, demonstrating your approach, explaining the reasoning, and observing them repeat the work to confirm their understanding.
- Convert your expertise into concise, practical guides so each new hire can become productive faster than the previous one.
- Evaluate newly released AI tools and methods, determine what is valuable, and quickly bring the team up to speed.
- Identify who is progressing and who is struggling, then inform the Creative Lead so the team can maintain production and improvement.
Keep production flowing
- Turn briefs into clearly defined tasks, allocate them, and ensure work for multiple clients progresses simultaneously.
- Raise deadline risks early enough for the team to respond.
What we are looking for
This position requires a genuinely skilled editor above all else. AI experience is also mandatory, but the preferred candidate has years of video-editing experience and understands quality independently of any particular tool.
Must have
- At least 3+ years of professional video-editing experience, with short-form social content comprising a substantial portion of it.
- A portfolio containing work you edited yourself; you will be asked to present it and explain how it was created.
- Strong proficiency in at least one professional editing tool, such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or a comparable solution, as well as CapCut for rapid delivery.
- Practical experience during the last 12 months with AI video, image, and voice-generation tools, supported by completed work that can be shown.
- Evidence of being someone others learn from, whether formally or informally; examples will be requested.
- Excellent written and spoken English for daily Slack communication and calls with a US-based team.
- Strong organizational ability to manage changing work across numerous clients without details being missed.
- An ability to give feedback that is clear, specific, and constructive rather than harsh.
- Availability during US Eastern hours and readiness to work from the Prishtina office.
Bonus
- Experience creating automations or prompt workflows with tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to produce content at scale.
- Self-built and self-managed projects, including a YouTube channel, TikTok account, freelance client base, or similar work.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, including the types of content that perform well on each platform.
- A practical understanding of how organic content designed for virality differs from paid content designed for conversion.
- Formal experience managing or training a team.
How we work
The AI video field changes every few weeks, and tools, models, and formats that were effective last month may no longer be current the following month. The company needs someone who independently experiments with new tools, identifies their value, documents findings, and trains the team instead of waiting for direction.
Slack is central to daily work. The team communicates frequently and quickly, asks questions, and uses calls whenever speaking is more efficient than typing. You will collaborate closely every day with the Creative Lead and the US team.
Compensation
- €1000 NET during the initial 6-month probation period.
- The company covers taxes and contributions on the first contract!
- Health Insurance is provided from the first contract.
- Strong performance can lead to growth after the probation period.
