Compensation: €600 NET during the first 3 months of probation, followed by an automatic increase to €800 NET
Schedule dayshift: approximately 11:00/12:00 to 19:00/20:00 local time
Schedule nightshift: approximately 19:00/20:00 to 03:00/04:00 local time
Broad LLC is seeking sharp, internet-savvy writers to support the creation and management of written content across Reddit and other online communities, with a strong emphasis on crypto, fintech, Web3, and related digital spaces.
This position is focused primarily on writing. The person in this role will publish content, reply within discussions, track conversations, and help steer community dialogue in a way that feels natural, human, and appropriate for each platform.
Since much of the work is connected to crypto-related products and communities, the company is particularly interested in candidates who already understand crypto culture, terminology, narratives, and the way crypto communities interact online. Excellent written English is essential for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Produce and post written content for Reddit and other digital communities
- Engage naturally in conversations related to crypto, fintech, Web3, and similar subjects
- Observe online discussions, comments, trends, and overall community sentiment
- Recognize whether discussion sentiment is positive, neutral, or negative
- Research crypto-focused topics and quickly grasp new products, projects, and narratives
- Support the direction of conversations based on internal guidance and client objectives
- Flag sensitive or high-risk discussions to internal team leads
- Maintain brief notes and summaries of activities completed during the shift
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English is mandatory.
The role calls for strong grammar, natural wording, and the ability to write in a style that is clear, fluent, and human.
You should also have:
- Real interest in crypto and the wider Web3 ecosystem
- Knowledge of crypto terminology, products, exchanges, wallets, tokens, DeFi, and broader market culture
- The ability to follow crypto discussions without needing every concept or term explained
