About the Role
Broad Solutions is seeking 2 Paid Social Media Buyers / Meta Ads Specialists to become part of the team. The position centers on handling and improving paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and other social media channels.
This role is not related to graphic design. The work focuses on launching campaigns, defining audiences, controlling budgets, tracking ad results, testing variations, and improving overall performance.
The selected candidates will collaborate directly with a US-based team lead, making clear communication, accountability, and careful attention to detail essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and oversee paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta/Facebook and Instagram.
- Refine and improve targeting, demographics, placements, and audience settings for campaigns.
- Handle campaign budgets and supervise daily advertising spend.
- Review ad performance regularly and spot opportunities for better results.
- Experiment with different audiences, campaign setups, and advertising approaches.
- Measure important indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, leads, and conversions.
- Share campaign outcomes and performance reports with the team lead.
- Coordinate closely with the US-based team to follow campaign guidance and strategy.
- Make sure campaigns are launched accurately and tracked on an ongoing basis.
- Remain dependable in assigned tasks and complete work within deadlines.
Requirements
- Prior experience using Meta/Facebook Ads Manager and working with paid social campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of audience targeting, demographics, budgets, and campaign optimization.
- Capacity to evaluate campaign results and improve them through data-based decisions.
- Good communication skills in English and strong attention to detail.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work EST-based hours.
- Readiness to work from the office at the beginning.
Preferred Experience
- Previous work with US-based clients or teams.
- Background in managing lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns.
- Familiarity with tracking, pixels, conversion events, and reporting.
- Additional experience with platforms outside Meta, including TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or Snapchat Ads, is considered an advantage.
Work Arrangement
The role begins as an office-based position. Once the team determines that the candidate is a strong match, dependable in their responsibilities, and aligned with the workflow, there may be an opportunity to move into a hybrid work system.
