Schedule Options: Full-time, Monday to Saturday | 16:00 - 00:00 / 18:00 - 02:00 Kosove time

About the Role

Broad Solutions is seeking a Head of Blog to take full responsibility for delivering client blog content from the initial brief through to publication. This is a senior, practical leadership position suited to someone who can oversee writers, uphold strong editorial quality, strengthen workflows, and respond fast when problems come up.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of briefs, editorial calendars, timelines, approvals, CMS publication, and the final quality of live pages for several clients.
• Turn client objectives into clear content briefs and coordinate work between client-success, writers, editors, and publishing support.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and assess writers and editors while consistently pushing standards higher.
• Verify that accuracy, client tone, readability, originality, SEO, GEO, AEO, formatting, links, images, and metadata are all correct before content goes live.
• Apply AI tools and scalable workflows to improve output, remove blockers quickly, flag risks clearly, and assist with client or leadership calls when required.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English at C1/C2 level, both written and spoken, is required. Candidates below this standard will not be taken into consideration.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in content, editorial work, publishing, SEO, or agency environments is required, including leadership of writers, editors, or content operations. This is not an entry-level opportunity.
• Strong editorial judgment and hands-on understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO, CMS publishing, and AI content tools are necessary.
• Demonstrated ownership, urgency, organization, deadline control, client communication, and composed decision-making under pressure are expected.
• Candidates must be able to work from the Kosovo office during one of the listed US-aligned schedules.

Preferred Experience

• Background in an agency, multi-client publishing environment, or a fast-paced startup is considered an advantage.
• Experience in expanding a content team or workflow and achieving measurable content performance is preferred.
