AI Video Creator (3 positions available)

Employment Type: Full-time (15:00 – 23:00 / 17:00 – 01:00 / 19:00 – 03:00)
Broad LLC is seeking an AI Video Creator to become part of its content production team and contribute to the creation, editing, and coordination of AI-driven video material across multiple platforms and client assignments.
This position combines creative and technical work. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with a US-based team and work under several team leads who oversee the full video process, from research and planning through editing, publishing, and tracking results.
Because the AI video field evolves very quickly, with tools, models, workflows, and formats changing frequently, the company is looking for someone who can learn rapidly, adjust with ease, and actively explore new tools without relying on detailed step-by-step instructions.
NOTE: We will train you on our internal AI generation, automation, editing, and publishing workflows. What we need from you is curiosity, speed, organization, strong English, and the ability to follow through.
Important Note About Content
As Broad LLC works with clients from different industries, the content type can differ from project to project. Most assignments involve standard social media and marketing materials, but some client requests may include mature or 18+ related themes.
Candidates should feel comfortable operating in a content environment where client topics may vary.
Work Setup
At the beginning, this role will be office-based so that training, workflow preparation, and team communication can be handled effectively.
Following the initial phase, there may be an opportunity to move into a hybrid setup, depending on performance, reliability, communication, and the needs of the team.
Since the team and clients are mainly based in the US, strong English communication skills and availability during aligned working hours are essential.
