Broad develops software that enables teams to manage and analyze social-media operations. The company seeks a mid-level full-stack engineer to develop and enhance capabilities across frontend and backend systems, internal tools, and customer-facing products.

Responsibilities:

• Create and support functionality for the React frontend and Node.js backend.
• Contribute within the TypeScript monorepo, including shared packages and components.
• Produce responsive web applications with React, TanStack, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend processes using Node.js, tRPC, Zod, Drizzle, and SQL.
• Handle PostgreSQL or MySQL database models, queries, and migrations.
• Connect external APIs and third-party services.
• Combine information from multiple sources into dashboards, reports, and product functionality.
• Produce clean, testable code that can be maintained over time.
• Partner closely with product and operations teams to convert requirements into practical solutions.
• Apply AI tools when appropriate to increase development speed and productivity.

Required qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably focused on full-stack web applications.
• Strong practical knowledge of TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Background in delivering full-stack web applications in a production setting.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Solid knowledge of APIs, authentication, permissions, and standard web-application security practices.
• Ability to move a feature from requirements through implementation, testing, and release.
• Strong written communication skills and readiness to contribute to both frontend and backend work.
• Strong written and spoken English, with clear communication skills for technical and non-technical colleagues alike.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with a monorepo environment using Turborepo, Nx, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with TanStack, tRPC, Zod, Drizzle, Tailwind CSS, or shadcn/ui.
