About the Role
Broad Solutions is looking for Paid Search Specialists who will take responsibility for setting up, managing, and improving paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The position centers on keyword planning, campaign organization, bidding, budget pacing, conversion tracking, and ongoing testing.
This role involves close coordination with a US-based team lead, making strong communication, accountability, and careful attention to detail especially important.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, run, and oversee paid search campaigns, mainly through Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Shape and improve keyword strategy, including match types and negative keyword lists.
- Handle bidding methods, budgets, and daily spending with disciplined pacing.
- Produce and test ad copy (RSAs) and ad assets to increase relevance and results.
- Keep track of Quality Score, impression share, and auction dynamics.
- Experiment with campaign structures, bidding methods, and landing page alignment.
- Measure and respond to key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and conversions.
- Share performance outcomes and updates with the team lead.
- Carry out campaign strategy developed together with the US-based team.
- Make sure each campaign is launched accurately and monitored on a consistent basis.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Google Ads, including Search, AI Max, and Shopping/PMax.
- Solid understanding of keyword research, match types, bidding, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make decisions based on evidence.
- Strong communication skills in English and a high level of attention to detail.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work hours aligned with EST.
- Readiness to work from the office at the beginning.
Preferred Experience
- Previous work with US-based clients or teams.
- Experience managing lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and reporting.
- A recognized paid search certification, such as Google Ads Search/Display/Shopping or Microsoft Advertising.
- Experience with platforms outside Google, including Microsoft Ads or Amazon Ads.
