Team: US-based team lead

About the Role

Broad Solutions is looking for Paid Search Specialists to take charge of setting up, managing, and improving paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The role centers on keyword planning, campaign organization, bidding, budget control, conversion tracking, and ongoing testing.

The selected candidates will collaborate directly with a US-based team lead, making strong communication, accountability, and careful attention to detail important for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, oversee, and optimize paid search campaigns, mainly on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Shape and improve keyword strategy, match types, and negative keyword lists.
• Handle bidding methods, budgets, and daily spending with consistent pacing.
• Produce and test ad copy (RSAs) and ad assets to increase relevance and results.
• Keep track of Quality Score, impression share, and auction behavior.
• Experiment with campaign structures, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment.
• Measure and respond to key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and conversions.
• Share performance updates and results with the team lead.
• Carry out campaign strategies developed together with the US-based team.
• Make sure each campaign is launched properly and monitored on an ongoing basis.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and deliver them within deadlines.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Ads (Search, AI Max, Shopping/PMax).
• Solid understanding of keyword research, match types, bidding, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make decisions based on evidence.
• Strong communication skills in English and excellent attention to detail.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work hours aligned with EST.
• Readiness to work from the office at the beginning.

Preferred Experience

• Background working with US-based clients or teams.
• Experience managing lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns.
