About the role
We are developing an AI-powered B2B sourcing platform for a long-term client: a German electronic-components distributor linking Asian manufacturers with European electronics businesses. Using agentic AI workflows with human oversight, the platform automates the journey from a customer's bill of materials (BOM) through to a completed quotation. As the platform enters its next stage, we are assembling a dedicated core team and engaging experienced applicants for a hands-on Senior Tech Lead position. This person will take responsibility for the platform architecture and support its expansion. The start date can be arranged flexibly, including for candidates currently serving a notice period.
Your Role:
In the role of Senior Tech Lead, you will guide the technical strategy for a Laravel/Filament platform hosted on Microsoft Azure. You will manage two AI engineers and collaborate closely with the client’s management to convert an ambitious product roadmap into dependable, scalable software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the architecture of the Laravel/Filament monolith (DDD), ensuring it remains modular as it expands.
