The Role

This role combines client relationship ownership with level 1 support. You'll be the main point of contact for clients and one of the people actually fixing things.

Most IT providers make you pick between a friendly account manager who "totally gets your business" but can't reset a password, and a tech who fixes everything but communicates exclusively in ticket numbers. Tradeoffs aren't our thing, so this role is different.

What You'll Do

This is a high-ownership role where you will:

• Manage multiple accounts (around 10)
• Turn vague requests like "our tools are a mess" into a clear plan with actual next steps
• Be the first human a client talks to when something breaks
• Handle the everyday Level 1 stuff fast: password resets, 2FA lockouts, access problems, and connectivity issues before a call
• Get to know each client's business well enough to know what "urgent" actually means to them
• Run regular check-ins with clients to review what's been fixed, what's in progress, and what's coming next
• Keep clients in the loop without making them chase you for updates
• Handle frustrated clients calmly, even when the problem is on fire and it's 8:59 a.m.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS, and know when to loop in the right internal people when something's beyond Level 1, and own the follow-through until it's resolved
• Keep tickets and project work moving side by side without dropping either one

• Professional level of English (written and spoken)
• Great Attitude: Friendly, respectful, and able to work effectively within a team
