Role Description
The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. This role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for Tirana Ring Center | MSA Konstruksion, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and promotional activities for the center and its tenants. Day-to-day tasks include leading market analysis, planning and overseeing marketing and advertising campaigns, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies. The Marketing Director will oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, support sales initiatives, and track performance metrics to ensure marketing goals are met. The person in this role will also build strong relationships with tenants, partners, and community stakeholders to increase visibility and drive visitor engagement.
