Role Description

The Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing communications campaigns that promote Tirana Ring Center | MSA Konstruksion, including developing content for digital channels, print materials, and in-center promotions. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, managing social media and website messaging, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all communication touchpoints. The Marketing Communications Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support events, tenant campaigns, and strategic initiatives, while tracking campaign performance and preparing regular reports. The role also involves managing projects from concept to delivery, maintaining timelines and budgets, and adapting communication plans based on feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Marketing Communications skills to create clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Press Releases and Strategic Communications skills to manage media relations and support the organization’s public image and positioning.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver campaigns and initiatives on time and within budget.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, websites, email marketing) and basic analytics tools.
• Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Albanian or additional languages is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and tenants in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in marketing or communications roles.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently while meeting deadlines.
