SOS Children’s Villages in Albania is looking for a Junior Loyalty Expert responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with individual donors. Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and ensuring long-term donor engagement? We are seeking a Loyalty Expert to join our team and lead the charge in cultivating lasting bonds with our valued individual donors, especially our committed givers.

About you — Requirements for the position:
- Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or loyalty marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creativity in designing engagement strategies and content.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage events.
Knowledge, skills, abilities:
- Communication: Skilled in multichannel (email, SMS, calls, in-person) and donor-centered communication.
- Project Management: Organized and efficient in handling multiple donor campaigns and events.
- Data & Detail: Strong in data analysis and meticulous in tracking donor interactions.
