Position overview
The selected candidate will create, manage, and refine compelling digital material that encourages audience engagement, strengthens our online presence, and advances our market-facing marketing goals. The position also includes managing the website in support of an effective digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, produce, and edit multimedia assets—including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive features—for digital campaigns, social channels, websites, and marketing collateral.
Partner with the marketing and design teams to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality multimedia content that connects with audiences on different platforms.
Follow current design developments and put forward creative concepts that strengthen brand narratives and boost user interaction.
Contribute to producing digital marketing assets, including promotional videos, social media content, banners, and interactive website materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams so that multimedia materials remain consistent with the wider marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Oversee several design assignments at once, maintaining consistent quality while meeting delivery deadlines.
Review multimedia performance on different channels and make improvements accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the social media team to develop engaging visual materials for organic posts and paid campaigns.
Make sure all content is tailored to relevant platforms, with accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness in mind.
Keep informed about emerging software, tools, and methods that can improve the quality and impact of design work.
Complete other duties and projects assigned by management when needed.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field is optional.
Demonstrated professional experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a comparable position.
Advanced command of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Background in video production and motion graphics.
Experience with or familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, such as Midjourney, Claude, Higgsfield AI, DALL·E, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition.
Careful attention to detail and creative ability to solve visual challenges.
Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
Capacity to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage several projects at the same time.
A strong awareness of trends in digital media, marketing, and social content.
Flexibility and initiative in learning new tools and techniques.
Experience producing content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
Good English-language communication skills.
