Role Description

The Kostoist/e at Orion Shpk is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. The role involves analyzing project drawings and specifications, collaborating with engineering and project management teams, and updating cost databases and records. The Kostoist/e monitors budget performance, supports bid preparation, and provides cost-related reports and recommendations. The individual in this role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis for construction projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, cost management software, and general office applications.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation.
• Relevant education in civil engineering, construction management, economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in cost control, quantity surveying, or construction estimating is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local construction market prices, norms, and regulations is beneficial.
