Reporting, Tax and OPEX Specialist
Role objective: Handle the fiscalization of FI sales invoices and the recording of FI operational transactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain precise records of purchase invoices issued by domestic and foreign vendors.
- Verify that invoices comply with the Purchase Order, general ledger account and Tax code.
- Record and fiscalize reverse charge invoices for services provided by foreign vendors.
- Carry out fiscalization for FI invoices.
- Keep electronic invoice statuses current in the fiscalization software.
- Record all other taxes and fees imposed by municipalities and other state institutions.
- Record accrued and deferred expenses for month-end closing, together with the corresponding accrual reversals and releases of deferred expenses.
- Record finance-related expenses, income and liabilities, including FX gains or losses, interest accruals and long/short Loan reclassifications.
- Enter accounting adjustments and reclassifications.
- Compile and declare the Purchase and Sales Book.
- Monitor and adjust vendor advance payments in cooperation with the relevant departments.
- Compile and declare the Purchase and Sales Book.
Educational requirement: A University Degree is required.
Experience and qualifications required: At least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field or a closely related area.
