About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Tirana.
This is a hands-on development role working on a significant Salesforce based platform for the UK market. You will work closely with Solution Architects, project teams and other developers, translating well-defined architecture and technical specifications into high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
We are not looking for someone who simply completes tickets. We want a developer who takes ownership, thinks critically, solves problems and contributes ideas about how things can be done better.
What You'll Do

You should have at least 2–3 years of commercial Salesforce development experience, including:
You should also be comfortable working in a structured, multi-developer environment and able to take clearly defined work through to completion with minimal supervision.

Working With Us
This is a full-time, office-based position in Tirana.
You will work as part of the OFive delivery team while collaborating regularly with UK-based stakeholders, so the ability to work with appropriate UK-hours overlap is important.
