AI - first mindset

We are particularly interested in someone who understands that modern marketing and lead generation are changing rapidly through AI.

You should already be using, or be genuinely excited about using AI to improve research, prospecting, content, campaigns, market intelligence and everyday productivity.

You don't need to be technical, but you should be naturally curious about new technology and constantly asking:

"Is there a smarter way we could do this?"

Who we're looking for

You will ideally have:

• Previous hands-on experience in B2B marketing, growth or lead generation.
• Experience independently managing marketing activities rather than only supporting a larger marketing team.
• Strong experience with digital campaigns, social media, website content and lead generation.
• Experience using CRM, marketing and digital tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• The confidence to work directly with senior executives and external partners.
• A commercial mindset and an understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue.
• The ability to manage several priorities and take projects from idea through to completion.
• A proactive personality, someone who brings ideas rather than waiting for instructions.
• Genuine interest in AI, technology and modern ways of working.

Experience within recruitment/staffing, SaaS, technology or professional services would be a strong advantage.

Previous experience working with UK clients or the UK market would also be highly valuable.

The opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day waiting for someone to assign you tasks.

You'll have the opportunity to own a meaningful part of a growing technology business, work closely with its CEO and see the direct commercial impact of your work.

The role is based in our Tirana office, but because you'll be working closely with a UK business, there may also be opportunities to travel between Albania and the UK, particularly for industry events, conferences and other business activities.

We're looking for someone who enjoys that environment: ambitious, curious, organised, full of ideas and excited by the opportunity to take real ownership.
