The position adds dedicated technical SEO capability to the Marketing Team, with emphasis on Semrush, SEO evaluation, search strategy, and performance reporting. It will enhance the current Marketing and Web Development functions through specialized assistance, allowing the broader team to concentrate more on campaigns, brand recognition, content, website projects, webinars, newsletters, and other marketing priorities.
Main responsibilities
- Perform SEO reviews to detect search-performance weaknesses and opportunities, then deliver improvement recommendations in priority order.
- Track and assess organic-search results using Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools.
- Turn SEO data insights into straightforward, practical recommendations for the Marketing Team.
- Research keywords and uncover SEO potential for website pages, campaigns, articles, landing pages, and new services.
- Advise on SEO for website copy, metadata, headings, internal links, keyword implementation, and search intent.
- Review competitors’ SEO results and identify ways to improve MSECB’s organic visibility.
- Follow essential SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword positions, backlinks, and search visibility.
- Produce recurring SEO performance reports covering findings, trends, and suggested next steps.
- Assist the Marketing Team with SEO expertise, recommended practices, and guidance when required.
- Track and enhance MSECB’s presence in AI-driven and answer-based search settings by identifying AEO/GEO opportunities and suggesting improvements to content, structure, and technical implementation.
- Coordinate with the Web Developer and Marketing Specialists by supplying SEO assessments and recommendations.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of practical SEO experience, covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, competitor assessment, and organic-search optimization.
- Advanced proficiency with Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and other applicable SEO tools.
- Proven capacity to complete SEO audits, recognize performance shortcomings, and propose prioritized enhancements.
- Experience evaluating SEO data and converting conclusions into clear, actionable advice.
- Solid knowledge of keyword strategy, search intent, metadata, internal linking, backlinks, rankings, and organic visibility.
- Background in creating SEO performance reports and recognizing trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ability to cooperate with Marketing Specialists and Web Developers while providing SEO analyses, direction, and recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Working understanding of AEO/GEO and AI-driven search optimization, including the ways content and website architecture can increase visibility in generative and answer-based search experiences.
- Experience with B2B, professional services, certification, compliance, or international websites is beneficial.
