As an accredited Certification Body, the company delivers auditing and certification services to clients worldwide. MSECB is seeking a skilled and motivated Compliance Specialist to join its Prishtina team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the auditor program, covering onboarding, assessments, interviews, performance tracking, and auditor record maintenance.
- Confirm auditors’ credentials and professional background, while carrying out reference checks that meet accreditation requirements.
- Work with the Compliance Director to coordinate auditor approvals and changes to their status.
- Organize, schedule, and assist with witness audits and auditor performance assessments.
- Keep auditor approvals, statuses, and records updated in the ERP system.
- Manage Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation in line with ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, and associated schemes.
- Apply and uphold document-control processes to ensure consistency, version management, and proper use of approved templates.
- When necessary, examine audit reports, application forms, audit plans, Stage 1 reports, surveillance plans, and related certification records.
- Attend meetings with clients, auditors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders as needed.
Skills & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Sound business judgment, a positive mindset, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including presenting work from initial concepts through final delivery.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Careful attention to detail combined with excellent organizational abilities.
- A high sense of urgency, together with adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
- A consistently positive approach, strong enthusiasm, and initiative.
