Role Description:
This is a full-time job, on-site, located in Tirana center.
The role involves creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, developing social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and executing marketing communications.
The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to support client and agency goals.
The position also involves staying updated on social media trends, recommending new formats or platforms, and supporting the development of integrated digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Experience in managing social media profiles and campaigns
- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with audiences and ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
- Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO) to improve visibility, engagement, and performance.
- Solid Writing skills for creating compelling, concise, and platform-appropriate content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and KPI tracking (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including experience managing brand channels and campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in tMarketing, Communications, Languages or related fields
