Role Description

The Social Media Manager at MANIA Advertising / MANIACARD is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, respond to community interactions, and optimize content based on data and trends. Responsibilities include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams on campaigns, coordinating social media calendars, and staying up to date with platform updates and best practices.

The role also involves reporting on social media performance, proposing improvements, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including managing and growing brand profiles.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and brand-consistent messages.
• Experience in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Tirana, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
