Role Description

The Marketing Account Manager at MANIA Advertising / MANIACARD is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana.

This role is responsible for managing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that marketing campaigns are aligned with client goals and delivered on time.

Tasks include coordinating with internal creative and digital teams, preparing proposals and presentations, monitoring campaign performance, and providing regular reports and insights to clients.

The Marketing Account Manager will also support sales and contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies. The role involves handling multiple projects simultaneously and proactively addressing client needs to build strong, long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management skills, including client relationship building and retention.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Project Management skills to plan, organize, and deliver multiple campaigns on schedule.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields; agency experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Solid analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with common office and presentation software; knowledge of digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in English and possibly Italian as well
