LEA Business Consulting, on behalf of its client, is looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist who is sharp, self-driven, and ready to take ownership of the entire marketing function across multiple brands.

If you thrive on variety, move fast, take initiative, and care deeply about details, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategy across all brands
• Create content for social media, blog, email, and website
• Manage all social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
• Run SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy
• Design and execute email campaigns
• Identify and manage creator/influencer partnerships
• Run basic paid ad experiments (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads)
• Basic photo/video editing for social content (Canva, CapCut)
• Manage a marketing budget properly for the best ROI
• Report KPIs weekly/monthly to the CEO

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing

Technical Skills — Must Have

• Strong copywriting in Albanian and English
• SEO and content optimization skills
• Social media management and community engagement
• Experience with: Publer, Ahrefs, Outrank, Framer, Canva, CapCut
• Full-time, in-office, no competing work obligations

Technical Skills — Nice to Have

• Experience in tech/SaaS/B2B marketing
• Familiarity with Odoo CRM/Marketing
• Experience with marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Portfolio with measurable campaign results
• Knowledge of Albanian/regional market dynamics
• Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)

Soft Skills

• Creativity and aesthetic “taste” (explicitly required by the role)
• High proactivity — noticing what needs doing without being told
• Organizational skills to manage multiple channels/projects at once
• Clear communication (for copywriting and reporting to the CEO)
• Flexibility and adaptability — a role that requires juggling many things at once
• Sensitivity to trends and digital/pop culture
• Self-direction — little direct supervision expected
• Extreme attention to detail
• Taste, aesthetic sense, and sense of humor

What’s Great About the Job

• Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture
• No dumb managers or any negative pressure
• Expand your knowledge of various business industries
• Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving company

What We Offer

• You’ll own the entire marketing function from day one — strategy, content, social, email, ads, everything. No narrow lane, no waiting for permission. This is a role where one sharp person replaces three average ones.
• You’ll work across multiple brands, with exposure to international projects. When you need professional designers or videographers, they’re there to support you — your job is to direct, not do everything alone.
• As the team grows, so does your role. This is a real path to Head of Marketing, not a title on paper. You’ll work with modern tools in a new office in Tirana, alongside a team where your impact is visible every single day.
