The Role: Store Manager

The selected candidate will manage sales results, customer satisfaction, and the training and development of employees. This role focuses on strengthening customer loyalty and increasing the brand’s presence through a customer-focused approach.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver sales targets that improve profitability.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff based on their productivity and performance.
• Ensure the store remains organized and visually presentable.
• Manage inventory and daily store activities.

The Candidate We Are Looking For

• University graduation Diploma.
• At least 2 years' experience in store management.
• A positive, customer-focused mindset.
