A new career opportunity awaits you as a Visual Merchandiser, where you'll be the person ensuring that the visual standards set by HQ are fully implemented across stores. You'll train store personnel, control visual implementations, and supply model implementations so that every store meets the company's visual identity.
Your day-to-day will involve visiting stores, checking window and in-store visual merchandising against the standards, coordinating product replacement processes, and getting stores ready for openings. As a team leader, you'll guide store visual merchandisers and store managers, while reporting your findings and improvement actions to the Country Manager and the International VM & Communication Director.

Responsibilities:
- Train store personnel, control visual implementations in stores, and supply model implementations to ensure HQ visual standards are fully applied
- Organize the procurement of printed and visual materials that require R&D
- Coordinate product replacement processes and control other processes to get stores ready for openings
- Train and steadily inform store sales personnel and store visual merchandisers about visual standards, as a team leader
- Prepare weekly working schedules and submit them for approval to the Country Manager and International VM & Communication Director, then visit stores accordingly
- Fill in the "Window Check Lists" and "Store Visual Merchandising Implementations Check Lists" during store visits, sign them with the Store Manager, and send them to the Country Manager and International VM & Communication Director
- Check stores to confirm deficiencies are resolved per the previous visit's punch list, and report any issues
- Lead Store Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers, when needed, on product replacement in line with visual merchandising standards
- Inform the Country Manager and International VM & Communication Director promptly about any incorrect implementation of visual standards detected during store visits
- Report to the Country Manager and International VM & Communication Director on actions taken following store-visit findings, and give feedback when HQ-requested implementations can't be executed due to inconvenient store plans
- Identify suitable areas to develop unit replacements and projects with the Store Manager, submit them for the Country Manager's approval, and inform the International VM & Communication Director
- Supply model implementations of line-related announcements, sample wall applications, fixture applications, etc. delivered by HQ, and inform the International VM & Communication Director
