Job Description:
Kosovo Summit/Business Reporter is recruiting Executive Assistants for the UK company Business Reporter. Business Reporter operates as an online platform that publishes news, feature content, and analysis focused on key topics influencing business and management. Its materials are prepared by experts and specialists, with core content mainly produced for respected broadsheet newspapers and later developed further online.
In this position, the assistant will be responsible for identifying and arranging online meetings with prospective clients for the Campaign Director. The duties include conducting independent research through different online channels, organizing and maintaining personal data, and communicating with C-level professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience is considered an advantage
- Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated proactive approach to work
- High attention to detail
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
