Events Delegate Acquisition Executive

teiss operates as an online and in-person events community for C-Suite decision makers, senior IT leaders, and cyber security professionals. Through digital and live gatherings, the organization connects this audience to learn from experts and peers, exchange best practices, and engage with leading technology providers.

The company is seeking an Events Delegate Project Manager to become part of its events team.

The person selected for this position will have an important role in increasing attendance across the event portfolio by identifying suitable audiences, overseeing target lists, and carrying out outreach by phone and email to secure registrations from qualified delegates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to prospective delegates by telephone and email after researching them, with the objective of obtaining registrations for events
• Finding and qualifying senior decision-makers in relevant sectors, including IT, cyber security, digital, and other B2B industries
• Overseeing, refining, and updating delegate campaign lists customized for each event
• Working toward delegate registration goals and supporting the fulfillment of sponsor attendance expectations
• Communicating confidently with senior professionals and presenting the value of each event clearly
• Responding to delegate questions in a professional and prompt way
• Updating the CRM every day and keeping precise records of outreach activities, responses, and registrations
• Reporting to the Team Leader while reviewing weekly activity, progress, and targets
• Assisting with several live event campaigns at once while maintaining quality, speed, and accuracy

Required skills and experience:

• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Ideally, at least 1-2 years of experience in delegate recruitment, event delegate acquisition, B2B telesales, or another outreach role driven by targets
• Prior background in IT, cyber security, technology, or other relevant B2B sectors is highly preferred
• Confidence and ease in making cold calls and performing high-volume outreach through phone and email
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Sound critical thinking and judgment when identifying and qualifying suitable delegates
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, target-focused environment
• Capacity to handle multiple events and deadlines at the same time
• Comfort with working under pressure and adjusting to shifting priorities
• A professional, confident, and credible communication approach
