The Role: Onboarding Specialist

• Location: Kosovo office
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: US-based hour coverage (9 AM–5 PM Central), with remote flexibility in the evenings.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll guide each new restaurant from the moment they sign up until their account is fully set up and live.

You’ll collect the necessary information, coordinate setup tasks with the relevant teams, track progress, and ensure every task is completed and confirmed. You’ll also follow up with customers to obtain missing information, menus, login credentials, and approvals.

Your goal is to ensure a smooth, organized onboarding experience for every new restaurant, without unnecessary delays.

What You’ll Own

Run Onboarding

• Manage each new restaurant’s onboarding process from signed agreement to go-live.
• Maintain a clear status and next step for every account.

Collect Information

• Gather all required information from customers.
• Enter and organize the information in the onboarding checklist.
• Ensure all required details are complete and accurate.

Manage Tasks

• Create setup tasks for each account.
• Assign tasks to the appropriate team members.
• Track ownership, deadlines, and progress.

Confirm Completion

• Verify that all setup tasks are completed and confirmed before final sign-off.
• Ensure no account goes live with outstanding tasks.

Follow Up

• Follow up with customers to collect missing information, menus, login credentials, and approvals.
• Keep onboarding moving and prevent delays caused by missing customer responses.

• Learn the full Restaurants by Kore product line and understand how each product works.
• Explain product features and functionality clearly to restaurant owners.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in customer onboarding, account management, customer success, or project coordination.
