Development Coordinator at KFC Kosovo

As the restaurant network continues to grow, the company is seeking a proactive and analytical Development Coordinator to join the team. In this position, the selected candidate will contribute significantly to market planning, restaurant expansion, site assessment, project coordination, and support for franchisees. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys combining strategic analysis with project management, working across several departments, and helping turn new restaurant opportunities into reality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out market analysis and trade area evaluations to identify and assess opportunities for restaurant development.
• Review restaurant and market potential, and prepare reports and recommendations that help guide business growth decisions.
• Assess proposed restaurant sites, relocations, closures, and development initiatives, while coordinating the approval process from initial site review through final project delivery.
• Oversee New Store Opening projects by ensuring that all stakeholders complete required tasks on schedule and that openings are executed according to plan.
• Assist with renovation and remodeling projects for restaurants, managing activities from planning and approval to execution and invoicing.
• Compile Site Approval Packages (SAP), market reviews, progress reports, and other analyses connected to development activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Keep development databases, restaurant status records, and market intelligence updated to support accurate planning and sound decision-making.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and consultants, while also contributing to cost-control efforts and project performance assessment.
• Offer analytical and project-related support to the Development Leader for strategic and ad hoc business initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or another relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Construction, Project Development, Architecture, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail together with solid analytical ability.
• A proactive and well-organized professional with a strong sense of ownership and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel when needed.
