Lead Generation Director - SMS Retail
INFO-Telecom | Albania
INFO-Telecom seeks an experienced Lead Generation & Marketing Manager for its SMS Retail Department, responsible for directing lead-generation work in Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.
Main duties
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and execute lead-generation plans for the SMS Retail operation.
- Find prospective clients and establish pipelines of qualified leads.
- Design and oversee efficient sales funnels while consistently enhancing conversion rates.
- Research and use lead-generation channels, including digital media, social networks, email, outbound campaigns, and other suitable channels.
- Detect emerging market possibilities and prospective customer groups.
- Prepare approaches that improve both the quantity and quality of leads.
- Track lead-generation results and produce KPI-based reports.
- Lead, encourage, and develop the Lead Generation team.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support effective lead qualification and conversion.
- Tailor lead-generation approaches for the Albanian, Kosovan, and North Macedonian markets.
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Lead Management, Marketing, or a comparable field.
- Demonstrated background in sourcing and producing qualified leads.
- Solid knowledge of sales pipelines and lead-management procedures.
- Proven capacity to design and put lead-generation strategies into practice.
- Background in managing and developing teams.
- Practical experience using various lead-generation channels and platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience across Albania, Kosovo, and/or North Macedonia is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capacity to perform in a fast-moving, target-focused workplace.
