About the Position

Infinity Investment seeks a System Administrator to oversee the Active Directory setup, server infrastructure, and essential IT systems at its headquarters and casino sites. The position ensures that servers, user profiles, and internal platforms remain dependable and protected.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee Active Directory, including user profiles, groups, access rights, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and organizational units.
• Maintain physical and virtual servers (HPE hardware), covering updates, backups, and performance tracking.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including user setup, licences, mailboxes, and security configurations.
• Maintain server and system availability through routine servicing and disaster-recovery preparation.
• Oversee backup solutions and verify restoration processes to support business continuity.
• Implement and support internal software and services, including virtualization and hypervisor administration.
• Track system security, install patches and updates, and apply access-control rules.
• Deliver advanced technical assistance for server- and account-related problems at all locations.
• Keep server settings, AD architecture, and system-design records complete and accurate.
• Work with the Network Administrator and IT Manager on infrastructure planning and security-compliance matters.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory, with 2+ years preferred.
• Solid understanding of Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server roles and features.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with server virtualization and enterprise-grade hardware, such as HPE or comparable systems.
• Understanding of backup and disaster-recovery tools and recommended practices.
• Knowledge of system-security hardening and patch-management processes.
• Capacity to operate across several sites and set priorities independently.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities.
• A Microsoft certification, such as MCSA/MS-102 or an equivalent, is considered an advantage.
• Good spoken and written English.
