Role Overview
Infinity Investment is seeking a Network Administrator to oversee and protect network infrastructure at its headquarters and several casino sites. The position is responsible for daily network operations, firewall administration, and inter-site connectivity, helping maintain dependable and secure communication throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee, monitor, and diagnose LAN/WAN infrastructure at the HQ and every site location.
- Set up and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and site-to-site links for secure communication between locations.
- Administer MikroTik routers, switches, and wireless access points, including CAPsMAN-based setups.
- Track network performance and address connectivity, latency, and bandwidth problems before they escalate.
- Establish and maintain network-security policies, access restrictions, and VLAN-based segmentation.
- Provide support for guest Wi-Fi infrastructure, including captive portals and access-control solutions.
- Keep network records, diagrams, and configuration backups up to date.
- Handle and resolve network incidents, including out-of-hours assistance when necessary.
- Work together with the System Administrator and IT Manager on infrastructure work and security projects.
- Make sure network procedures comply with the company's compliance and data-protection obligations.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise network infrastructure, with 2+ years preferred.
- Strong practical expertise in MikroTik RouterOS or comparable platforms, including Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Fortinet.
- Sound knowledge of firewall setup, VPNs, NAT, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Experience using network-monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of deploying and administering wireless networks through CAPsMAN or an equivalent solution.
- Understanding of recommended network-security practices.
- Capacity to operate across several physical sites and coordinate remote troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability and the capacity to work autonomously.
- A MikroTik certification, MTCNA or above, is considered an advantage.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
