About the Role
We are looking for a fast-paced, trend-driven Social Media Manager to lead growth and content execution for top digital talent and personal brands.
This role focuses on scaling high-engagement social channels and driving top-of-funnel traffic toward private subscriber communities and direct-to-fan platforms. This means that we are closely looking for people that are comfortable to manage influencers that operate in the fan-service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Brand Growth: Manage and execute growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and short-form platforms for creator profiles.
- Funnel Optimization: Build organic content funnels that convert social viewers into platform subscribers.
- Content Editing & Hooks: Edit short-form video content, craft high-retention hooks, and keep up with daily viral trends and aesthetic styles.
- Platform Health: Maintain strict adherence to platform TOS while maximizing reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Data & Analytics: Track daily video performance, retention curves, and link-in-bio click-through rates.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated history of scaling social accounts for creators, influencers, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Strong short-form video editing skills with a sharp visual aesthetic.
- Deep knowledge of creator funnels, link-in-bio mechanics, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving agency setting.
