In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our finance operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, familiar with finance systems, and able to collaborate effectively across departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data.
• Operate and maintain finance systems for recording transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation.
• Keep updated the CRM system.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at C1 level (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
