Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing fintech team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our financial products and services while providing a fast, professional, and positive customer experience.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone call, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Work with Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to resolve recurring customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• +2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
• Comfortable working with CRM, ticketing, and other digital support tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and customer-oriented attitude.
• May be required to perform other duties related to the position.
