Description
You will join a team of financial due diligence and valuation specialists, contributing to projects in diverse industries. Your work will involve determining the main sources of value, testing forecasts of future performance, uncovering potential deal risks and opportunities, and coordinating with other EY service teams to provide clients with integrated support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Carry out financial due diligence and assess the operating performance of entities being bought or sold (the Target), through examination of financial statements, accounting documentation, significant agreements and management information, as well as interviews.
- Develop and assess pro forma financial data alongside detailed financial analyses.
- Detect potential purchase-price adjustment areas and formulate recommendations on critical financial and commercial matters.
- Undertake financial modelling assignments supporting strategic planning, capital allocation, transactions, investment assessments, financial planning and reporting.
- Deliver modelling tools, data analytics and analytical support that help clients resolve complex business challenges.
- Support the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, data books and other transaction materials, in both Albanian and English.
- Receive prompt, regular feedback and be informed about learning and development possibilities within the role.
- Build and strengthen internal and external relationships, contribute to a constructive learning environment, and coach, advise and support junior colleagues in their development.
- Collaborate efficiently within the team by sharing accountability, offering assistance, keeping communication active and updating senior colleagues on progress.
Qualifications
- A university degree in finance and/or Corporate Finance, Business administration, Accounting, or Economics.
